I just think that 10 posts is too easy to gain. 20 posts to see how much they really want to rise through the ranks. 
Well...I don't really see the point of having the rank "dead" and then having "soul" afterwards, because, if you're a soul, then wouldn't it be obvious that you're dead?

eg.
starting rank - rotten corpse
next- floating spirit thingy
next- pwnsome spirit
next- supreme floating spirit thingy
something entertaining thatll makepeople want to achieve it
